1. Accepted Payment Methods

At CryptoGCStore, we exclusively accept cryptocurrency payments for all products and services listed on our website. Accepted cryptocurrencies include (but are not limited to):

  • Bitcoin (BTC)

  • Ethereum (ETH)

  • Tether (USDT – ERC20, TRC20)

  • Other supported cryptocurrencies based on payment gateway availability

We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, or traditional bank transfers.


2. Payment Gateway

Payments are securely processed via our cryptocurrency payment gateway, which ensures quick confirmation and secure blockchain transactions.

⚠️ Important: Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible, and once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be canceled or refunded (except under exceptional review – see Section 5).


3. Pricing and Discounts

All product prices are listed in USD (or your local currency) for reference. The equivalent crypto amount is calculated at the time of checkout based on real-time exchange rates.

We offer 5–10% discounts on gift cards depending on denomination — the larger the value, the higher the discount.


4. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is received and confirmed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email

  • Your gift card or digital product will be delivered to the email you provided during checkout or displayed instantly on your account dashboard (if applicable)

Most payments are confirmed within a few minutes, but delays can occur depending on the blockchain network.


5. Refunds & Errors

As we deal with digital gift cards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect wallet usage

  • Mistyped or unsupported crypto transactions

  • Change of mind after purchase

However, if you experience a technical issue, or the card/code is invalid or not delivered properly, contact us at contact@havegiftcard.shop within 24 hours of your purchase. We will investigate and provide support or replacement if applicable.


6. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order if suspicious activity is detected, including:

  • Attempted chargebacks or fraud

  • Use of flagged or blacklisted wallets

  • Abnormal purchasing patterns

Your cooperation may be required for identity or transaction verification.
