1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on CryptoGCStore are digital gift cards delivered via email or instantly on your dashboard. As such, no physical products are shipped and all sales are final once a gift card has been delivered or viewed.


2. No Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products and the risk of code duplication or misuse, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.


3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following exceptional conditions:

  • You have not received your gift card within 24 hours of confirmed payment

  • The gift card/code delivered is invalid, already redeemed, or non-functional and is verified by our team

  • You contact us within 24 hours of purchase with supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots or error messages)

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect order details provided by the customer

  • Mistakes in wallet address or unsupported currency sent

  • Blockchain confirmation delays or fee fluctuations


4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued only in cryptocurrency

  • The refund amount will be based on the crypto equivalent at the time of purchase, minus any applicable blockchain/network fees

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
